The top real estate sales transaction for May 14-20 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea features 6,254 square feet of living space. Paul and Harriet Dodd, of Ormond Beach, sold 734 John Anderson Drive to Sean Ryan and Whitney Shoemaker, of Ormond Beach, for $1,365,000. Built in 1954, the house has five bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool, boat dock and boat house.

Merry Ann Moore, individually and as trustee, sold 517 N. Beach St. to KFBJOB Properties LLC, of Ormond Beach, for$885,000. Built in 1950, the house has two bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, boat dock and 1,772 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $230,000.
James Shaw and Dorothy Shaw Chaney sold 746 Riverside Drive to Thomas and Shirley Cullen, as trustees, for $555,000. Built in 1973, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,420 square feet. It sold in 1974 for $90,000.
Diane and Michael Tacinelli, of Ormond Beach, sold 28 Domicilio Ave. to Jennifer and James Morrow, of Ormond Beach, for $261,000. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,751 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $200,000.
Douglas and Gayle Giacobbe sold 191 Hamlet Trace to Jennifer Gilligan and George Humphreys, of Ormond Beach, for $228,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,962 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $31,900.
Kent Chittenden, of Ormond Beach, sold 103 Pinecrest Ave. to Aakash LLC, as trustee, for $216,000. Built in 1959, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,859 square feet.
Adam Ryan, of Ormond Beach, sold 129 Grey Dapple Way to Deborah Crank, of Daytona Beach Shores, for $210,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,709 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $141,000.
St. Augustine Ventures LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 1445 Springleaf Drive to Dung Anh Vu and Thanh Thi Thu Vu, of Ormond Beach, for $199,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,562 square feet.
Valerie Fleissner, of Ormond Beach, sold 720 W. River Oak Drive to Tara Higgs, of Ormond Beach, for $186,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,747 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $239,900.
Tanner and Amanda Norvell, of Ormond Beach, sold 908 Woodmere Circle to Miguel and Diana Dall’Orto, of Ormond Beach, for $182,000. Built in 1965, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,620 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $145,000.
Patrick Piromalli, individually and as trustee, sold 23 Chippingwood Lane, Unit 23, to Michael Mather, Karen Howard and Christiana Mather for $157,000. Built in 1979, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,386 square feet. It sold in 1995 for$70,000.
Betty Joyner, of Ormond Beach, sold 124 Cherokee Road to Amarendra Deshmukh, of Rutherford, New Jersey, for $155,000. Built in 1972, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,395 square feet. It sold in 1972 for $29,600.
Hazel Moore, of Ormond Beach, sold 24 Magnolia Ave. to April and Shawn Sniffen, of Ormond Beach, for $154,730. Built in 1964, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,392 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $113,800.
Wilmington Savings Fund Society, as trustee, sold 167 N. Ridgewood Ave. to David Goosman, of Daytona Beach, for $130,000. Built in 1985, the house has two bedrooms, one bath, a fireplace and 1,336 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $250,000.
David and Doris Orr, of England, sold 20 Tomoka Ave., Unit 106, to Peggy Davis, of Ormond Beach, for $99,000. Built in 1985, the condo has one bedroom, one bath and 829 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $67,500.
Marianne Bohrer, of Augusta, West Virginia, sold 671 Wellington Station Blvd., Unit 21, to Adrienne Bond, of Ormond Beach, for $85,000. Built in 1986, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,000 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $57,000.
