The top seller for the week of May 11-17 was a house on the beachside. Mark and Brenda Voss, of Linn, Missouri, sold 1 Ocean Ridge Blvd. N. to James and Judith Robb, of Alexandria, Virginia, for $860,000. Built in 2008, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, an elevator, fireplace, swimming pool and 5,162 square feet.
Condos
Comad LLC, of Redington Shores, sold 200 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 144, to Richard and Kari Beckman, of Canton, Georgia, for $380,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,682 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $646,100.
Kenneth and Liselotte McKenzie, of Atlanta, sold 55 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 932, to Moises and Rosa Huntt, of Palm Coast, for $340,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,859 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $475,000.
Richard Ho and Lili Miles, of Palm Coast, sold 11 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 1405, to William and Sharon Rhodes, of Leonardtown, Maryland, for $333,900. Built in 1992, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,490 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $540,000.
