The top real estate sales transaction for May 14-20 in Port Orange is located in the Waters Edge neighborhood. Mary Scull-Ford and Robert Ford sold 6621 Merryvale Lane to Matthias and Janet Spruill, of Port Orange, for $465,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, three-car garage and 3,065 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $373,700.
Allandale
Jeffery Marchese and Tracy Divel-Marchese, of Palm Coast, sold 5408 Landis Ave. to Chaz Hale and Briana Durgin, of Port Orange, for $157,900. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,296 square feet.
Sandra Miller, of Port Orange, sold 5231 Isabelle Ave. to Justin Kirby, of Port Orange, for $51,000. Built in 1960, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 964 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $55,000.
