The top real estate sales transaction for May 21-27 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea is in Halifax Plantation. Robert and Ann Ernst, of Ormond Beach, sold 1257 Killarney Drive to Carl and Margaret Christman, as trustees, for $1,100,000. Built in 2010, the house has five bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, elevator and 5,567 square feet.
Ormond Beach
Kyle and Caren Voepel, of Chandler, Arizona, sold 5 Moss Point Drive to Richard and Darnelle Lawshe, of Ormond Beach, for $375,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,004 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $327,800.
Dennis Kennedy, of Ormond Beach, sold 111 Hilldale Ave. to Richard and Amy Andrews, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 1957, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,898 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $260,000.
D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 455 River Square Lane to Keven and Cassandra Sullivan, of Ormond Beach, for $275,717. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,361 square feet.
Susan and Dennis Lee, of Ormond Beach, sold 6 Brooke Station Drive to Ursel Richardson and Peter Frangiskakis, of Ormond Beach, for $189,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,320 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $83,500.
Angela and Timothy Goddu, of Ormond Beach, sold 230 S. Center St. to Sherry Csondor, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1972, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,872 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $68,000.
Nationstar Mortgage LLC, of Coppell, Texas, sold 1902 Carolina Ave. to Todd Medwed, of Agoura Hills, California, for $153,500. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,438 square feet. It sold in January for $96,600.
Richard and Laurie Balmes, of Ontario, sold 768 Flamingo Drive, Unit B, to Michael Castagnola, of Fernandina Beach, for $148,500. Built in 1947, the villa has two bedrooms, one bath and 675 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $104,900.

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 736 Aldenham Lane to Steven Ray, of Ormond Beach, for $220,900. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,078 square feet.

Olive Warren, individually and as trustee, sold 127 Longwood Drive to Marja Engberg, of New Smyrna Beach, for $159,000. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 920 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $49,500.
