The top transaction for the week of May 18-24 was $712,500. Craig Straky and Pamela Adkin-Straky, of Ormond Beach, sold 22 San Marco Court to Alexander and Abbe Hirschler, of Palm Coast. Built in 1991, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,361 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $442,500.

Atlantic-Coastal Management Group LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 500 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 445, to Cinnamon Sunshine LLC, of Gainesville, for $585,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2003 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $823,400.
Sara Chadason, of Reston, Virginia, sold 200 Riverfront Drive, Unit D301, to Douglas McClintock, of Palm Coast, for $285,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,167 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $525,000.
David and Jayne Saray, of Howell, New Jersey, sold 146 Palm Coast Resort Blvd., Unit 204, to Thomas and Mary Fryer, of Walnut Creek, California, for $237,500. Built in 2007, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet.
