The Flagler Bulldogs left with four victories out of seven games at the Spruce Creek 7-on-7 tournament Saturday, June 24, at Spruce Creek.
The Bulldogs defeated East River, Seminole, Spruce Creek Team B in pool play. FPC eliminated New Smyrna Beach 28-21 in the first round of the tournament in overtime but fell to University in double overtime in the following round.
"I loved the spirit we played with," coach Travis Roland said. "We need to get it more consistently, but I liked it a lot today. Football can't be played like you're at a recital. It's meant to be played loud and boisterous."
