The top real estate sales transaction for May 21-27 in Port Orange was a house in the Water’s Edge neighborhood. Richard and Kim Taylor, of Port Orange, sold 6609 Merryvale Lane to Robert Daly and Jessica Gershen, of Daytona Beach, for $460,000. Built in 2004, the house has a lake view, five bedrooms, five baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,101 square feet.
Allandale
Donald and Alice Skilton, of Port Orange, sold 5213 Christiancy Ave. to Peter and Ilona Wallace, of DeBary, for $97,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 960 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $48,000.
Coquina Cove
Kenneth and Joanne Robinson, of Port Orange, sold 5393 Cordgrass Bend Lane to Richard Shiver Jr., of Port Orange, for $267,800. Built in 2010, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,837 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $211,958.
Condominium
Sunshine Staudt, of Daytona Beach, sold 830 Airport Road, Unit 711, to Novelette Dowdie, of Port Orange, for $132,500. Built in 2005, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,170 square feet.

Katherine Wise, individually and as trustee, sold 743 Hunt Club Trail to Kenneth and Joanne Robinson, of Port Orange, for $285,000. Built in 1987, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,585 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $171,500.

Ernest and Josephine Somereve sold 851 Chickadee Drive to Joseph and Jami Somereve, of White Plains, New York, for $170,000. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,608 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $115,000.

Winning Home Solutions LLC, of Asheville, North Carolina, sold 940 Timberwood Drive to Gary Auslam, of Port Orange, for $232,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,822 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $92,600.

Purple Martin Group LLC, of Port Orange, sold 635 Cole Drive to Nathan Fuller, of Port Orange, for $185,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, four baths and 1,669 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $136,000.

Ann Grubb and Rodney Bressler, of Osteen, sold 3792 Maple Grove Court to Roberto Rondon and Elizabeth Ramos, of Port Orange, for $230,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,281 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $175,000.

Jon Triplett, of Daytona Beach Shores, sold 3889 Bourbon St. to Craig and Marcia Posey, of Port Orange, for $215,000. Built in 2008, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,620 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $165,000.

James and Axelisse Duffell sold 5271 Plantation Home Way to Kimberly Phillips, of Port Orange, for $246,500. Built in 2014, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,219 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $224,500.

RFR Realty LLC, of Port Orange, sold 3502 Red Pontiac Drive to Michael Everett-Scherr and Lindsey Merrill, of Port Orange, for $160,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,370 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $129,000.

Rosaline Veltenaar, of Signal Mountain, Tennessee, sold 6212 Yellowstone Drive to Lenore Douglas, of Port Orange, for $238,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,374 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $101,000.

Gerald Sevigny sold 6073 Hawk Owl Trail to John and Barbara Stewart, of Port Orange, for $430,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool and 3,066 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $435,000.
