The top real estate sales transaction for May 28 to June 3 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea was $1,050,000. Robert and Nancy Rhonehouse, of Ormond Beach, sold 1346 Redbourne Lane to Patrick and Audrey Butler, of Ormond Beach. Built in 2008, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,997 square feet.
Ormond Beach
Rebecca Haaven, individually and as trustee, sold 2401 Lipizzan Trail to Tommy and Debra Bozeman, of Ormond Beach, for $360,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,932 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $276,800.
Rita Avinger and Thomas Harris, of Ormond Beach, sold 46 Dormont Drive to Maureen Fair, of Ormond Beach, for $264,900. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,504 square feet.
Adventure Investment Group LLC sold 1120 Parkside Drive to Kevin Boudreau, of Ormond Beach, for $242,500. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,678 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $131,600.
Della Brod, of Bradenton, sold 1 John Anderson Drive, Unit 315, to John and Alice Tinneny, of Ormond Beach, for $185,000. Built in 1996, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,745 square feet.
Nicholas and Ruth Lucatorto, and Marco Lucatorto, of Henrico, Virginia, sold 35 Misners Trail to Anne Kellerman, of Ormond Beach, for $166,000. Built in 1988, the townhouse has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,638 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $111,686.
Russell and Janie White, of Orange City, sold 7 Winding Woods Trail to Andrew and Elizabeth Zelenski, of Lebanon, Ohio, for $155,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,214 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $77,900.
Ralph and Elvia Masko, of Ormond Beach, sold 318 W. Park Place to Donald and Judy Reed, of Ormond Beach, for $142,000. Built in 1986, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 973 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $115,000.
Tina Battista, of Ormond Beach, sold 338 Collins St. to John and Christine Washington, of Ormond Beach, for $137,000. Built in 1971, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,110 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $93,000.
Nancy Moore, of Franklin, North Carolina, sold 33 Dix Ave. to Marjorie Simonetti, of Ormond Beach, for $134,000. Built in 1880, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,274 square feet. It sold in 1977 for $22,900.

Richard Zubrod and Sharry Hu sold 11 Lake Isle Way to William and Barbara Stout, of Ormond Beach, for $290,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,533 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $260,000.
Halifax Plantation
Elizabeth Busichio, of Southern Pines, North Carolina, sold 4110 Osage Lane to John and Misty Winslow, of Ormond Beach, for $416,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,236 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $380,000.
Hunter’s Ridge
Phillip Cavitt, of Pottstown, Pennsylvania, sold 39 Hunt Master Court to Michael and Virginia Downey, of Ormond Beach, for $297,500. Built in 1996, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,395 square feet.
Kings Crossing
Mohammad and Sadaf Kahn, of Orlando, sold 9 Lionshead Drive to Fred and Marilyn Mastny, of Ormond Beach, for $319,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,059 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $230,905.
Oak Forest
Frank Fennell and Lorraine Randall, of Greenwich, Connecticut, sold 1526 Poplar Drive to Allan and Nancy Trueblood, of Ormond Beach, for $236,900. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,904 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $140,000.
Plantation Bay
Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 777 Aldenham Lane to Susan Peerless, of Ormond Beach, for $252,891. Built in 2017, the villa has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,562 square feet.
Spring Meadows
Veronica Minukas, of Ormond Beach, sold 29 Spring Meadows Drive to Ronnie and Tina Owens, of Ormond Beach, for $239,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,951 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $195,000.
The Trails
Walter and Carol Durkin, of Ormond Beach, sold 102 Shady Branch Trail to Alan and Ashley Peters, of Ormond Beach, for $410,000. Built in 1979, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,188 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $117,200.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Michelle Jackson, of Ormond Beach, sold 115 Marlin Drive to Wide Open Properties LLC, of Baldwin, North Dakota, for $232,500. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,285 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $95,000.
Marcia Dulmage, of Kingwood, Texas, sold 2898 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 4020, to Sheri Parrett and Janet Morgan, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1985, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,420 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $140,000.
Carrie Radam and Suzanne Lewis, of Flagler Beach, sold 44 Tropical Drive to Jean Parlow, of Ormond Beach, for $205,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, one bath, a fireplace and 1,004 square feet. It sold in 1972 for $18,000.
Diana Coppola, individually and as trustee, sold 17 Island Cay Drive to Donald and Grace McManus, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,641 square feet.
Robert Wood, as trustee, sold 30 Beechwood Drive to Richard Petitto, of Ormond Beach, for $181,250. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 2002 for $89,000.
Robert Marshall, of Dahlonega, Georgia, sold 3390 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 1030, to Janet Stemmer, as trustee, for $177,000. Built in 1984, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,213 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $76,000.
James Singleton Jr. and Wendy Rains, of Cedar Key, sold 24 Seaside Drive to Anne Pietras, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 784 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $67,000.
