The top seller for the week of Feb. 2-8 was a house on a canal. David and Deborah Petkovsek, individually and as trustees, sold 29 Flagler Place to Frank and Ashley DeMaio, of Palm Coast, for $465,000. Built in 1983, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 2,826 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $388,000.

Reid Threlkeld, of Vidalia, Georgia, sold 106 Captains Walk, Unit 106, to Timothy and Kathleen Freund, of Crystal Lake, Illinois, for $165,000. Built in 1989, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,875 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $119,900.

Jamey and Mary Bittner, of Palm Coast, sold 191 Parkview Drive to Alexander and Alla Polyak, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 2013, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,503 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $144,200.

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 89 Emerson Drive to Susana and Joao Santos, of Newark, New Jersey, for $242,000. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,420 square feet.

G. Matthew Wilson, of Palm Coast, sold 6135 Mango Ave. to Ethan and Shayna Stansell, of Bunnell, for $125,000. Built in 2007, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $149,900.
