The motorist who died in Sunday's crash has been identified as Vincent Michael Graziano, 43, of Port Orange. His 11-year-old son and 14-year-old daughter were transported to Halifax Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Officers from the Ormond Beach Police Department are currently investigating a crash involving multiple vehicles that happened March 13 around 9 p.m.

Two cars were traveling northbound on South Atlantic Avenue when one car attempted to leave the inside lane to go into the left-hand turn land. The other car was traveling in the turn lane at a high speed and clipped the second car's rear driver side. The speed of the impact was so great that it forced the second car to go into the southbound lanes of traffic where it struck a third vehicle head-on at the River Beach Drive intersection

Cameron Morris, one of the other drivers, was also transported to Halifax Hospital, along with a passenger, Dalton Hicks. Neither suffered life-threatening injuries.
