A house in the Oak Forest neighborhood was the top real estate sales transaction for Feb. 12-18 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Carl and Alyson Lentz, of Ormond Beach, sold 1501 Oak Forest Drive to Wilburn and Karin Brooker, as co-trustees, for $672,500. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms 3.5 baths, a fireplace, boat dock, boat lift, boat house, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, fenced back yard and 2,474 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $519,000.

D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 246 River Vale Lane to Ritaben Patel, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,316 square feet.
David Levy, of Ormond Beach, sold 70 Saddlers Run to Janet Stanley, of Ormond Beach, for $240,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,947 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $256,100.
Steven and Luann Knight, of Blountville, Tennessee, sold 133 Ray Mar Drive to Kyle Phinney, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1961, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,619 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $186,000.
Albert Gandeck and Maryann Leonard, of Turner, Maine, sold 15 Lakeview Circle to Inose LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $169,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,216 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $64,500.
Richard Murphy and Melodie Conroy, of St. Petersburg, sold 320 Grove St. to Angela Drolet, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,476 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $189,000.
Pontemelfa LLC, of Los Gatos, California, sold 1926 Carolina Ave. to Monica Marvel, of Ormond Beach, for $132,500. Built in 1949, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,300 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $75,000.

George and Eileen Gregory, of Jacksonville, sold 3156 Connemara Drive to Judson and Patricia Huggins, of Ormond Beach, for $281,100. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,900 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $243,000.
Randall Helle, of Ormond Beach, sold 1345 Killbricken Circle to Peter Hill, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,369 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $490,000.
Luanne and Robert Leary, of Edgewater, sold 3374 Glenshane Way to Kevin and Beverly Boylan, of Edgewater, for $250,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,222 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $294,000.

Elizabeth Pekera, of Cave Creek, Arizona, sold 2 Volunteer Lane to Kim and Patricia Haller, of Ormond Beach, for $226,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,990 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $170,000.

Robyn Brown, of Massapequa, New York, sold 1212 Kilkenny Court to Robert and Pamela Atkinson, of Ormond Beach, for $208,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,510 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $207,000.

Michael and Monie Jones sold 118 Shady Branch Trail to Darren and Heather Sams, of Ormond Beach, for $310,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,505 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $185,000.
Tomoka Estates
The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., as trustee, sold 330 Wall Ave. to RiverBeach Holdings LLC, of Windermere, for $115,000. Built in 1958, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,025 square feet. It sold in 1977 for $14,500.
Tomoka Oaks
Robert and Pamela Atkinson, of Ormond Beach, sold 306 Rio Pinar Drive to Robert Garland and Cynthia Yahsas, of Ormond Beach, for $236,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,978 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $152,000.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Lawrence and Polly Day, of Ormond Beach, sold 3545 John Anderson Drive to Richard and Valerie Boera, of Beaufort, South Carolina, for $430,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,194 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $212,000.
Wolfgang and Eleanor Schoeler, of Ormond Beach, sold 113 Pelican Dunes Drive to Four Corners Diversified Group Inc., of Ormond Beach, for $350,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,358 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $70,000.
Olin White, Jr., of Ottawa Lake, Michigan, sold 4 E. Sovereign Lane to Michael and Ann Graziotti, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 1998, the house has five bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,430 square feet.
Arlene Olcheski, of Pine Beach, New Jersey, sold 105 Holland Road to Richard and Janet Nedescu, of Ormond Beach, for $157,000. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 720 square feet. It sold in 1984 for $45,000.
