A house on a golf course was the top real estate sales transaction for Feb. 19-25 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Prestwick of Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 1229 Castlehawk Lane to Margery Henkel-Zimmerman, of Franklin Grove, Illinois, for $599,900. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,017 square feet.
Ormond Beach
Heidi West, of Ormond Beach, sold 40 Peruvian Lane to Michael and Jenelle Codianne, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,710 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $166,500.
Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 40 Lake Walden Trail to Dexter Homes LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1994, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,919 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $151,000.
St. Augustine Ventures LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 1509 Springleaf Drive to Randolph and Nancy Norton, of Ormond Beach, for $195,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,556 square feet.
Suresh and Geeta Patel, of Holly Hill, sold 468 S. Halifax Drive to Anthony Trotta and Arielle Hunter, of Ormond Beach, for $186,500. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,584 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $148,000.
Petr Bojda and Lenka Bojdova, of Czech Republic, sold 146 Magnolia Ave. to William Manning and George Watrous, of Ormond Beach, for $145,800. Built in 1954, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,137 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $133,000.

Eliessa Caplan and Ruth Kruger, of Ormond Beach, sold 27 Fairview Ave. to Richard and Deborah Ranne, of Ormond Beach, for $130,000. Built in 1924, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 890 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $121,900.
Chad and Rebecca Whaley, of Ormond Beach, sold 1712 Valencia Ave. to Amarendra and Jyotsna Deshmukh, of Rutherford, New Jersey, for $108,500. Built in 1969, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,106 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $90,000.

Michael and Shirley Reed, individually and as trustees, sold 453 Chelsea Place to Neal and Joyce Simpson, of Bartonsville, Pennsylvania, for $309,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,089 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $290,500.

Jamie Sheriff sold 1437 Pecos Drive to Robyn Constantino, of Ormond Beach, for $285,000. Built in 1994, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,610 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $210,000.
A. Radford and Sharon Compton, individually and as trustees, sold 3007 Glin Ave. to H. Cabell and Jane Maddux, as trustees, for $200,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $208,000.

Inez Stoothoff, of Ormond Beach, sold 6 Watercliff Lane to Joyce Baldassarri, of Staten Island, New York, for $439,000. Built in 1999, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool and 3,242 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $80,000.
Plantation Bay
Semoran Vista Inc., of Sanford, sold 1229 Harwick Lane to Lance Baxter, of Ormond Beach, for $285,000. Built in 2008, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,404 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $258,000.

Michael and Jenelle Codianne, of Ormond Beach, sold 235 Pine Cone Trail to Jennifer Mollo, Christie Kuszik and Edward Mollo, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 1,696 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $128,500.

Heather Walsh, individually and as trustee, sold 3000 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 17, to Gayle Woodley, of Ormond Beach, for $470,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,973 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $350,000.
