City invites public to comment on West Ormond Recreation Center

A meeting will be held April 6.

As part of an ongoing feasibility study for a community recreation center on 20 acres of vacant land next to Pathways Elementary School, the city of Ormond Beach and its consultant, Zev Cohen & Associates, will be hosting a community input meeting.

The purpose of the feasibility study is to determine whether the city needs, and can support, the construction and operation of a multipurpose community center at this location.

The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. April 6 in Pathways’ media center. Pathways Elementary School is located at 2100 Airport Road.
