A house in Plantation Bay was the top real estate sales transaction for April 2-8 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Herbert Hunter and Faruza Kalaba, of Chicago, sold 1081 Hampstead Lane to Gregory and Anastasia Pretko, of Ormond Beach, for $629,900. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, three-car garage and 3,685 square feet.
Ormond Beach
Alfred and Denise D'Angelo, individually and as trustees, sold 10 Lionshead Drive to David and Denise Quillin, of Ormond Beach, for $305,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,554 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $205,776.
Ronald and Sandra Hall, of Daytona Beach, sold 3561 Red Barn Lane to Cristian and Kimberly Stephens, of Ormond Beach, for $256,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,570 square feet.
Keith Halliday, of Peru, Illinois, sold 5 Highwood Ridge Trail to Kurtis Hall, of Ormond Beach, for $255,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,530 square feet.
Mary Wade, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 Sandpiper Lane to Jeffry Johnson, of Ormond Beach, for $205,000. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,556 square feet. It sold in 1983 for $70,200.
Gregg Gardner, of Ormond Beach, sold 74 Magnolia Ave. to Robert Schaper II, of Ormond Beach, for $190,000. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,670 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $139,000.
Darla Jones, of Ormond Beach, sold 84 Kenilworth Ave. to David and Barbara McCurdy, of Ormond Beach, for $153,000. Built in 1960, the house has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,077 square feet.
Anneliese Klanamon, of Lakeland, sold 11 Pine Trail to Charles and Margaret Knoll, of Ormond Beach, for $140,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,742 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $57,500.
Joanne Kirson, of Ormond Beach, sold 112 S. Ridgewood Ave. to Hunter Ramirez, of Sanford, for $130,000. Built in 1907, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,301 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $96,600.
Paula Morris, of Ormond Beach, sold 689 Wellington Station, Unit 51, to William and Susan Wintjen, of Ocala, for $88,000. Built in 1986, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,000 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $82,500.
Breakaway Trails
Neil Rahusen and Kristin Ersland, of Ormond Beach, sold 64 Shadow Creek Way to Kathleen May, of Mount Kisko, New York, for $335,000. Built in 1989, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,288 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $279,000.
John Hackman, of Ormond Beach, sold 22 Circle Creek Way to Marlyen Habib, as trustee, for $255,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,571 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $211,520.
Halifax Plantation
Lyndse Costabile, of Ormond Beach, sold 3737 Mayo Circle to Arthur Kunard, of Ormond Beach, for $270,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,180 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $190,000.
Hunter’s Ridge
Trustee Services LLC, as trustee, sold 4 Holly Fern Chase to Matthew and Kathryn Hoffman, of Ormond Beach, for $339,000. Built in 1994, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,682 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $210,000.
Plantation Bay
L. Gale Lemerand, of Daytona Beach, sold 1102 Hansberry Court to Kimberly Buder, of Ormond Beach, for $186,000. Built in 2005, the townhouse has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,604 square feet.
Tomoka Estates
Ferrell and Stacy Crabtree sold 1141 George Anderson St. to Susan Gambordella, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,512 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $79,000.
Loretta Mynatt, of Scottsdale, Arizona, sold 130 Gamble Ave. to Joseph Jaquish, of Ormond Beach, for $92,000. Built in 1957, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,648 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $125,000.
Tomoka Oaks
The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee, sold 48 Oakmont Circle to Todd Medwed, of Agoura Hills, California, for $195,500. Built in 1970, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,002 square feet.
Villaggio
Vanacore Homes Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 112 Via Roma to Thomas and Lida Poole, of Ormond Beach, for $296,912. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,058 square feet.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
William Volkmann, of Hamilton, New Jersey, sold 41 Longfellow Circle to Brian and Leslie Weigel, of Ormond Beach, for $240,000. Built in 1971, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,418 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $198,800.
Phyllis Gillihan, of Ormond Beach, sold 4 Nassau Circle to William Bashlor and Angela Bell, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1971, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,404 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $174,000.
Armand and Marie Comesana, of Ormond Beach, sold 2860 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 2030, to Atosa Hakimpour and Mehrdad Nesari, of Ormond Beach, for $174,000. Built in 1990, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,056 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $125,000.
James Allen, of Lakeland, sold 122 Holland Road to Kristin and Steven Dunn, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 720 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $125,000.
Darren and Lynda Nadin, of Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania, sold 34 Seaside Drive to Gregory Mullee, of Ormond Beach, for $155,000. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 784 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $125,000.
Vafa Hesary sold 5500 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 104, to Monty Hay, of Ormond Beach, for $93,000. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,215 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $49,500.
