A house on the beach was the top seller for the week of March 30 through April 5 in Flagler County. Harvey and Melissa Hunt, of Jacksonville, sold 47 Calle del Sur to Maryann Donohue, as trustee, for $2,350,000. Built in 2008, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, two half-baths, an elevator, swimming pool and 5,067 square feet.
Condos
Gerald and Jacqueline McCoy, of Monroe, New York, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 512, to Lee and Ruth Heffernan, of Peachtree Corners, Georgia, for $1,300,000. Built in 2003, the condo has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 3,264 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $1,199,000.
Titus and Emma Rich, of West Palm Beach, sold 104 Surfview Drive, Unit 1503, to Jacqueline Dunbar, of Willow Springs, Illinois, for $265,000. Built in 1992, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,158 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $350,000.
Jerzy and Ewa Szurmak, of Ontario, sold 101 Palm Harbor Parkway, Unit B325, to Richard Drujon, of Beverly Hills, Florida, for $103,000. Built in 2005, the condo has one bedroom, 1.5 bath and 670 square feet.
Paolo Falduto, of Oceanside, New York, sold 4600 Moody Blvd. E., Unit 6E, to Maria and Rita Gelman, of Old Bridge, New Jersey, for $74,900. Built in 2005, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,035 square feet.

Barry and Patricia Cafarelli, of Palm Coast, sold 124 Willow Oak Way to William and Carol Bexley, of Palm Coast, for $535,000. Built in 2013, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,404 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $382,000.
