A house on the beach was the top real estate sales transaction for April 9-15 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. W. Denis Shelley, as representative and trustee, sold 239 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Yan Li, of West New York, New Jersey, for $2,675,000. Built in 1928, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace and 8,815 square feet.
Ormond Beach
Real Estate Solutions Home Sellers LLC sold 111 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 105, to Rose and John Hogan, and Susan Mergel, of Flagler Beach, for $340,000. Built in 1974, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,889 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $227,000.
Ronald and Jennifer Zimmet, of Ormond Beach, sold 42 Crystal Circle to Scott McBride and Maranda Hedge, of Ormond Beach, for $301,000. Built in 1972, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,689 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $309,900.
Daniel Kryzanekas, individually and as trustee, sold 220 S. Wedgewood Circle to Maria Rickling, of Ormond Beach, for $285,000. Built in 1969, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,117 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $215,000.
Michelle Bouchard, of Willow Springs, Illinois, sold 143 Cumberland Ave. to Brooke Fessmann, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,370 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $109,000.
Steven Whitson sold 82 Ann Rustin Drive to Real Estate Solutions Home Sellers LLC, of Port Orange, for $242,500. Built in 1964, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,165 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $135,000.
St. Augustine Ventures LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 1433 Springleaf Drive to Michelle Langlois, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,825 square feet.
Heather Reiman, of Ormond Beach, sold 111 Pinion Circle to Roberta Isaac, of Ormond Beach, for $163,500. Built in 1978, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,343 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $94,950.
Stephen and Katherine Elston, of Ormond Beach, sold 44 Laurel Oaks Circle to Alicia Vessa and Deborah Vessa, of Ormond Beach, for $138,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,208 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $109,900.
Rosemar Properties LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 751 Alcazar Ave. to Amarendra Deshmukh, of Rutherford, New Jersey, for $136,000. Built in 1950, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,184 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $150,000.
Aaron Gollubier, of New Brunswick, New Jersey, sold 190 Live Oak Ave. to Tony Shirazi, of Denver, for $90,000. Built in 1947, the house has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,204 square feet.
John Mangiapane sold 575 Bryant St. to Tommy and Stephanie Woods, of Ormond Beach, for $37,500. Built in 1964, the mobile home has two bedrooms, one bath and 520 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $30,000.

Ray and Allyson Smith sold 91 Carriage Creek Way to Hans and Ana Maestre, and Melanie Maestre, of Hialeah, for $233,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,553 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $149,900.
Halifax Plantation
David and Janet Hobby sold 1401 Erne Drive to Julian Lombard, of Ormond Beach, for $285,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,183 square feet.
Vincent and Linda Pellegrino, of St. Augustine, sold 3200 Connemara Drive to Ronald and Margaret Jones, of Ormond Beach, for $283,500. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,900 square feet.
Ormond Lakes
Karen Canalizo, individually and as trustee, sold 2 Rocky Bluff Drive to Kevin and Wendy Stegner, of Ormond Beach, for $384,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,623 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $333,300.
Plantation Bay
Richard and Marian Evans, of Ormond Beach, sold 901 Brookridge Circle to Deborah Pfalzgraf, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,761 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $300,000.
Susan Klein, of Bethesda, Maryland, sold 1219 Crown Pointe Lane to Troy and Joni Averett, of Ormond Beach, for $257,500. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,738 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $184,400.
L. Gale Lemerand, of Daytona Beach, sold 1134 Hansberry Court to Shannon Brooks, of Ormond Beach, for $184,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,604 square feet.

Susan Cunningham, individually and as trustee, sold 7 Springwood Trail to Alexandra and Robert Asbille, of Ormond Beach, for $315,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 3,167 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $45,000.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Timothy O'Brien, individually and as trustee, sold 1 Island Cay Drive to James Frasca, of West Islip, New York, for $230,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,435 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $140,000.
Manuel and Annette Levine, of Boca Raton, sold 100 N. Ocean Aire Terrace to James and Teresa Roberts, of Orlando, for $225,000. Built in 1972, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,320 square feet.
Dennis Johnson, of Destin, sold 2600 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 1010, to Louis and Peggy Arthur, of Ormond Beach, for $191,000. Built in 1982, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $188,000.
Loretta Hansen, individually and as trustee, sold 3100 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 3050, to Vitantonio and MaryAnn Carulli, of Ormond Beach, for $185,000. Built in 1991, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 873 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $89,900.
Four Corners Diversified Group Inc. sold 36 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Thomas and Amy Pfeiffer, of Clermont, for $175,000. Built in 1954, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 756 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $153,500.
