The top seller for the week of April 13-19 was a house in Marineland Beach. Kevin and Barbara Baker, of Abingdon, Virginia, sold 7009 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Terry and Heidi Tomlin, of Gainesville, for $795,000. Built in 2000, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a dune walk and 2,160 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $600,000.
Condos
Edward and Barbara Miller, of Howard Lake, Minnesota, sold 100 Marina Bay Drive, Unit 104, to Marvin and Larisa Summers, of Fort Lauderdale, for $250,000. Built in 2000, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,138 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $201,800.
Carolyn Killen, of Nashville, Tennessee, sold 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, Unit 177, to Stephen Gallagher, of Palm Coast, for $210,000. Built in 2006, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,570 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $789,000.
Malika Samaroo-Salaam, of Manitoba, Canada, sold 200 Bella Harbor Court, Unit 108, to Sylvia Sheppard and Melissa Cooper, of Palm Coast, for $185,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,745 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $312,800.
Elizabeth Scarcella and Alexandra Oddo, of Bunnell, sold 20 Summer Terrace to Eileen Bencosme, of Palm Coast, for $155,000. Built in 2002, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,143 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $132,400.

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 17 Prospect Lane to Sisavanh Angmathsa, of Palm Coast, for $189,458. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,755 square feet.
Maria and Leon DeCardona, and Christian Cardona, of Palm Coast, sold 40 Princess Ruth Lane to Alana Whitney, of Palm Coast, for $172,500. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,928 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $130,000.
Evance Scarlette and Rosalyn Woods-Scarlette, of Palm Coast, sold 1 Pine Circle Place to BRF Investments Inc., of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,553 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $175,000.

Roger and Janet Epperson, of Flagler Beach, sold 21 Egret Trail to Thomas and Laurie Madden, of Palm Coast, for $216,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,587 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $110,000.
