A house with 4,460 square feet of living space was the top real estate sales transaction for April 16-22 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Andrew and Marnie Van Der Burgt sold 77 Foxcroft Run to John and Christiana Clark, of Ormond Beach, for $545,000. Built in 1999, the property has a guest house, five bedrooms, four baths and a swimming pool. It sold in 2010 for $507,500.
Ormond Beach
James and Barbara Foster, of Ormond Beach, sold 59 Bosarvey Circle to Leonard Kochendorfer and Linda Lenk, as trustees, for $500,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,427 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $358,000.
Iris Bly, of Ormond Beach, sold 79 Fairway Drive to Ted Serbousek, of Ormond Beach, for $425,000. Built in 1967, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,524 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $143,000.
Artur Smietanowski and Lidia Smietanowska, of Ormond Beach, sold 285 Melrose Ave. to William and Janet Phillipps, of Shohola, Pennsylvania, for $195,200. Built in 1972, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,191 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $85,000.
Brian and Erin Teeters, of Ormond Beach, sold 78 Ivanhoe Drive to Darla Martinelli, of Ormond Beach, for $195,000. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,326 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $165,000.
Virginia Nielsen, of Hubert, North Carolina, sold 735 N. Ridgewood Ave. to Kenneth and Donna Weaver, of Ormond Beach, for $180,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,586 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $242,500.
Thomas and Barbara Bennett, of Ormond Beach, sold 107 Bennett Lane to Travis and Kimberly Horwedel, of Ormond Beach, for $160,000. Built in 1914, the house has one bedroom, one bath and 854 square feet. It sold in 1967 for $4,300.
Ruddledge Smith, of Daytona Beach, sold 931 Cordova Ave. to Karen Speziale and Cody Matheny, of Ormond Beach, for $155,000. Built in 1959, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,396 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $186,000.
Brenda Halverson, of Fort Pierce, sold 120 Limewood Place, Unit 2, to Berry and Patti Kitterman, of Ormond Beach, for $110,250. Built in 1986, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,273 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $75,000.
Kathy Kendall, of Ormond Beach, sold 729 Flamingo Drive, Unit D, to David and Juliette Silva, of Marlborough, Massachusetts, for $97,000. Built in 1947, the villa has one bedroom, one bath and 504 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $87,400.
Guillermo and Lourdes Torres sold 1966 Carolina Ave. to Rudolph Defreitas, of Ormond Beach, for $87,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,176 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $45,000.

Bethany and John Kempf, of Ormond Beach, sold 61 Circle Creek Way to Daniil Stotland, of Ormond Beach, for $270,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,946 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $191,000.
Broadwater
Patrick and Stacey Opalweski, of Ormond Beach, sold 9 Broadwater Drive to Paul Brennaman, of Ormond Beach, for $470,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,136 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $453,000.

Thomas Wheeler and Vera-Lynn Timpson, of Ontario, Canada, sold 3607 Mallow Drive to Thomas and Nancy Trotta, of Ormond Beach, for $285,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,187 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $265,000.

Garry Needham, of Prince Edward Island, Canada, sold 19 Longfellow Circle to Mary Joeckel and Patricia Woodward-Young, of Des Moines, Iowa, for $239,900. Built in 1969, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,252 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $130,000.
Faith Lorenzo, as representative, sold 1201 John Anderson Drive to Shawn and Stefanie Williams, of Ormond Beach, for $193,050. Built in 1957, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,697 square feet. It sold in 1978 for $49,500.
James and Helen Wright, of Cumming, Georgia, sold 1315 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit M060, to Brandell and Darlene Campbell, of Ormond Beach, for $170,000. Built in 1974, the condo has one bedroom, one bath and 837 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $57,000.
Ronald Heide, as trustee, sold 3110 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 113, to Daniel and Diana Seydlorsky, of Jacksonville, for $154,800. Built in 1991, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 873 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $76,500.
