Guests of all ages dressed up in pirate garb for the Flagler Beach Pirate Invasion at Veterans Park from May 19 to 21. Booths filled with treasures and trinkets lined the corner of Moody Boulevard and State Road A1A as locals and tourists perused the shops and participated in hands-on pirate adventures, such as playing with a macaw and venturing aboard a pirate ship. The invasion was hosted by Southern Promotions & Events and Anastasia's Designs, which specializes in historical costumes.
