A house near Oceanside Country Club was the top real estate sales transaction for April 23-29 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Ryan and Lindsey Adams sold 168 Oak Grove St. to Robert and Amanda Sabin, of Ormond Beach, for $562,000. Built in 1958, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,403 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $400,000.

Deborah Gilmore and David Schutt, of Ormond Beach, sold 106 Knollwood Estates Drive to Cory Romaniuk, of Ormond Beach, for $364,000. Built in 1972, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2007 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $310,000.
Christine Cavanaugh, of Holly Hill, sold 960 Arroyo Parkway to Eric and Petra Kligman, and Alan Otruba, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,930 square feet.
