A lakefront house was the top seller for the week of April 20-26. Rory and Gayle Burke sold 22 Oak View Circle E. to Zulmira Morais, as trustee, for $645,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 2,766 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $675,000.

Asitha and Amila Perera, of Orange Park, sold 200 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 224, to Florence Latterner and Katherine Elsbree, of Palm Coast, for $230,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,377 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $342,000.
