Andrew and Rivers Leary, father and son from Porcelite of Daytona, represented one of 24 businesses that attended The Trails' second-annual Trade Show on Sunday, March 26. The number was up from the 17 vendors in 2016, partially because it is becoming an established event, and then there was the timing of last year’s show.
“Putting together a new event is a learning process,” Trails Property Manager Brandie Hayes said. “There is one lesson we learned from last year’s show: Don’t have it on Super Bowl Sunday.”
While there were vendors like Personal Transportation back for their second Trade Show, many were newcomers like Leary, Scentsy, and Flight 2 gymnastics.
Hayes and Homeowner Association Board member Joshua Wall were thrilled at the turnout and the extra effort the vendors took for their table displays.
Plans will soon be underway for the third-annual event, probably in February or March 2018.
