A house in Breakaway Trails was the top real estate sales transaction for Oct. 1-7 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Breakaway Trails Inc., of Daytona Beach, sold 82 Tomoka Ridge Way to Sridhara and Sujathamma Pullareddy, of Ormond Beach, for $557,400. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,969 square feet.
Ormond Beach
Francis DuBrule, individually and as trustee, sold 960 Margarita Circle to Joel Steinberg, of Ormond Beach, for $427,500. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,662 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $327,500.
Bonnie Zakotnik, individually and as trustee, sold 192 S. Halifax Drive to J. Hyatt and Cynthia Brown, of Ormond Beach, for $380,000. Built in 1951, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,303 square feet.
Kevin and Cheryl Gray, of Ormond Beach, sold 362 Tymber Run to Rebekah Cruz, of Ormond Beach, for $295,000. Built in 1985, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,708 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $245,000.
Debra Berner, of Ormond Beach, sold 933 Village Drive to George and Denise Reynolds, of Ormond Beach, for $233,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,196 square feet.
Michael and Patricia Speranza, of Ormond Beach, sold 23 Misners Trail to Deborah Logano, of Concord, North Carolina, for $180,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,662 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $83,200.
James Nese sold 1977 Myrtle Jo Drive to Cristi Huffman, of Ormond Beach, for $149,900. Built in 1958, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,422 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $50,000.
Jose Lugo-Torres and Estebania Lugo, of Apopka, sold 1809 Palmer Drive to Victor and Sarah Pappa, of Ormond Beach, for $105,000. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,044 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $80,000.
Patricia Sparks, of Ormond Beach, sold 1903 Woodcrest Drive to Michael Yates, of Ormond Beach, for $46,000. Built in 1965, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, one bath and 552 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $36,000.

CP and SP Residential Land LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 404 Nottinghill St. to Wesley and Heather Hollan, of Ormond Beach, for $415,342. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,504 square feet.
Halifax Plantation
Omar and Helen Adams, individually and as trustees, sold 1445 Carlow Circle to Robert and Deborah Dover, of Ormond Beach, for $216,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $194,000.
Aimee Lurkins, of Ormond Beach, sold 1424 Carlow Circle to Barton and Rebecca Albert, of Ormond Beach, for $191,900. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $240,000.
Hunter’s Ridge
Douglas and Kimberly Lindholm, of White Bear Lake, Minnesota, sold 85 Abacus Ave. to James and Andraea Stowers, of Ormond Beach, for $292,000. Built in 2011, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,531 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $193,000.
Donald and Barbara Cowern sold 2 Marsh Ridge Watch to Paul and Chisato Bigenho, of Ormond Beach, for $268,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,988 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $282,500.

Amy Jo Wiedeman, of Ormond Beach, sold 3 Petrea Terrace to Rondall Malone and Lori Rebuck, of Ormond Beach, for $199,900. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,591 square feet. It sold in 1983 for $69,900.

Leonie Warrin, of Ormond Beach, sold 64 Lakebluff Drive to Corey and Kimberly Hucka, of Ormond Beach, for $435,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 3,074 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $520,000.

Bruce and Evelyn MacNeil, of Woburn, Massachusetts, sold 7 Navajo Trail to ALDW Limited Inc., of Ormond Beach, for $303,500.Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,430 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $281,000.
Roland and Debra Beaulieu, of Ormond Beach, sold 19 Soco Trail to Joseph and Marjorie Johnston, of Ormond Beach, for $168,900. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,439 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $128,500.

James Hoyt sold 5 Rivocean Drive to Alma and Scott McColl, of Ormond Beach, for $248,000. Built in 1971, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,250 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $152,000.
Richard and Diana Williams sold 45 Poinsettia Drive to Tyril Heki, of Ormond Beach, for $194,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 700 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $42,900.
Joyce Stringer sold 42 Poinsettia Drive to Veda O’Dell, of Ormond Beach, for $181,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 775 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $96,500.
Jenny Misch, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 Sunny Shore Drive to Robert and Stacey Eagleson, of St. Johns, for $163,000. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,008 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $38,000.
Penny Silverman, of Ormond Beach, sold 1167 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 110, to Michael and Mary Logan, of Clermont, for $108,000. Built in 1971, the condo has one bedroom, one bath and 400 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $135,000.
