The top seller for the week of Sept. 28 to Oct. 4 was a house in Hammock Beach. Dean Wynn Properties LLC, of Winter Springs, sold 301 Ocean Crest Drive to Dr. Shmuel and Tema Kissin, of Boca Raton, for $624,500. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, an elevator, fireplace and 4,222 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $1.35 million.
Condos
Marilyn and James Fisher, individually and as trustees, sold 105 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 802, to Phyllis Kindelan, of Palm Coast, for $471,250. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,463 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $657,300.
Benedetto and Geraldine Vitrullo, of Honeoye Falls, New York, sold 300 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 224, to Christopher Bartholet and Christina Brown-Lifvendahl, of Lake Mary, for $287,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,682 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $499,000.
Stephen and Jill Lefave, individually and as trustees, sold 3580 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 109, to Ellen Streblow, of Flagler Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1982, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,316 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $289,000.
Marion Campbell sold 2001 Palm Drive, Unit E101, to Liam and Mary Mackin, of Flagler Beach, for $194,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,482 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $250,500.
Armand Beach
Charles and Teena Weiss, of Palm Coast, sold 19 Mahoe Drive N. to Stephen and Elizabeth Schotta, of Eureka Springs, Arkansas, for $360,000. Built in 1999, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,160 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $332,500.

Antonio Barroqueiro, of Newark, New Jersey, sold Cynthia Hudgins, of Palm Coast, for $152,500. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,586 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $100,100.

D.R. Horton Inc., of St. Johns, sold 22 Country Club Harbor Circle to John and Barbara Cummings, of Palm Coast, for $335,000. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,363 square feet.

Sergey and Iraida Trusov, of Palm Coast, sold 64 Belvedere Lane to Teresa Sumpter, of Palm Coast, for $187,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,020 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $147,600.
