A house in Broken Bow Estates was the top real estate transaction for Oct. 8-14 in Port Orange. Jeffrey and Amanda Straka, of Port Orange, sold 5934 Broken Bow Lane to Abedour Street Trust, of Fishers, Indiana, for $585,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,467 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $550,000.
Condominiums
Richard Kuelbs, of Port Orange, sold 980 Canal View Blvd., Unit K5, to Jeffery and Mary Daniel, of Lakeland, for $85,000. Built in 1984, the condo has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,024 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $78,000.
Joyce McKinney, of Edgewater, sold 980 Canal View Blvd., Unit F5, to Magdy and Denise Boulos, of Sayreville, New Jersey, for $83,000. Built in 1983, the condo has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,024 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $38,000.

Frank Sartoretti, of Port Orange, sold 801 Smokerise Blvd. to James Novak and Karen Gaines, of Port Orange, for $369,900. Built in 1993, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 3,083 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $195,000.
Christopher Ciemny and Judith Graves sold 827 Wildwood Circle to Pat and Priscilla Sparks, of Port Orange, for $190,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,461 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $128,000.
Cypress Head
Timothy and Jean McMahon, of Port Orange, sold 6364 Fairway Cove Drive to Ralph Sherman and Barbara Getchell-Sherman, of Gilman, Illinois, for $300,000. Built in 1999, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,151 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $192,000.

George Lara, of Burlingham, New York, sold 708 Largo Way to Lori Collins, of South Daytona, for $129,000. Built in 1961, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,100 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $54,700.

James Wiles sold 3788 Grove View Lane to Kyle and Miranda Hill, of Port Orange, for $205,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,732 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $103,900.
Lenny Lanham sold 3852 Long Grove Lane to Vivian Blades, of Port Orange, for $160,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,176 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $139,500.

Angela Ford, of Port Orange, sold 79 Raintree Drive to Heather and Clint Crouch, of Port Orange, for $196,000. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,617 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $136,280.
Sanctuary on Spruce Creek
Eric and Jacqueline Coyle, of Thonotosassa, sold 6041 Sanctuary Garden Blvd. to Daren Maas, of West Islip, New York, for $322,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,851 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $265,000.

Richard and Elaine Holmes sold 1638 Promenade Circle to Rose Borger, of Port Orange, for $281,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,232 square feet.

Roberta Renk sold 1504 Areca Palm Drive to Steven and Jane Todorovich, of Port Orange, for $242,000. Built in 2015, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,633 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $232,500.
Waters Edge
Intervest at Waters Edge LLLP, of Daytona Beach, sold 1914 N. Mendocino Lane to Gregg and Jessica Elkin, of Port Orange, for $391,850. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,995 square feet.
Winter Park Estates
Bruce Els, of Onancock, Virginia, sold 5980 Jandon Court to Stephen and Gregory Sciullo, of Port Orange, for $264,500. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,094 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $241,500.
