A house in Breakaway Trails was the top real estate sales transaction for Oct. 8-14 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Veronica Burke and Mark Warrilow, of Ormond Beach, sold 80 Shadow Creek Way to Keith and Kristin Deaton, of Ormond Beach, for $460,000. Built in 1989, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace and 3,452 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $359,900.

Jeffrey and Geraldine Saldino, individually and as trustees, sold 55 Saddlers Run to Michael Klebe and Sophia Schecter Klebe, of Ormond Beach, for $237,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,782 square feet.
IH Borrower LP, of Tampa, sold 22 Aucuba Circle to Charles and Roberta Smoak, of Ormond Beach, for $218,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,115 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $327,700.
Thomas and Jacqueline Arnold, of Ormond Beach, sold 280 S. Center St. to Deborah Cote, of Ormond Beach, for $183,500. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,911 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $200,000.
Tareq Albana, of Kuwait City, Kuwait, sold 165 Summerhill Court to Adam and Dana Kennedy, of Ormond Beach, for $162,500. Built in 1979, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 1,566 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $100,000.
Peter and Nina Padberg sold 1 Mainsail Circle to Leslie Pomar and Bobby Cleveland, of Ormond Beach, for $156,900. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,146 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $76,300.

Donald and Marsha Podsiadlo, of Deltona, sold 1239 Arroyo Parkway to Cari Kresa, of Ormond Beach, for $89,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 815 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $40,000.

Equity Trust Co., of Westlake, Ohio, sold 360 Forest Hills Blvd. to Amanda Lee, of Ormond Beach, for $156,000. Built in 1960, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,140 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $79,000.
Halifax Plantation
Thomas and Barbara Averill, of Westville, sold 3172 Connemara Drive to Daniel Broderick and Margaret Kalush, of Ormond Beach, for $279,000. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,919 square feet.
Carmelo Assenza sold 1186 Athlone Way to Simon and Kimberly Russell, of Ormond Beach, for $190,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,580 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $150,000.
Oak Forest
Barry and Karen Ache, of Gainesville, sold 1520 Oak Forest Drive to Samuel and Jennifer Morrisett, of Ormond Beach, for $265,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,026 square feet. It sold in 1978 for $68,700.
Ormond Lakes
Larry and Jeanette Bausell, of Pompano Beach, sold 34 Wild Fern Lane to Robert Salfelder and Kristine Hoodiman, of Ormond Beach, for $284,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,304 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $219,890.

April Addison, of Edgewater, sold 149 Pine Cone Trail to Laura Bailey, of Ormond Beach, for $160,000. Built in 1977, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,664 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $134,000.

Jason and Angela Bell, of Ormond Beach, sold 10 Pebble Beach Drive to Jesus Carrasquillo and Penelope Young-Carrasquillo, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1973, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,322 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $239,000.
