HRA’s mixed masters 8+ placed third in their division, earning a bronze medal.
And for the first time in HRA history, junior rowers traveled to Chattanooga to compete. The crews tackled the 3.1-mile course in four different events, competing against teams from around the country and racing against more than 70 boats per event.
For the juniors: Meredith Pallemaerts, Matteo Russo, Ben Steel, Bret Bay and Ben Herstein finished 38th out of 90 in the mens 4+.
For the masters masters: the women placed fifth in the 8+, and the men placed sixth in the 4x.
