A house in Spruce Creek Fly-In was the top real estate transaction for Oct. 15-21 in Port Orange and South Daytona. Michael Rhude, of Toronto, Canada, sold 2578 Spruce Creek Blvd. to Donald and Helene Mastromauro, of Port Orange, for $690,000. Built in 1988, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, boat dock, swimming pool and 3,165 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $630,000.

Brandy Hills
Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 133 Brandy Hills Drive to Melissa Dudley, of Port Orange, for $118,000. Built in 1978, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,191 square feet. It sold in 1978 for $32,900.
Center Park
Julie and Zachary Demuth, of Port Orange, sold 733 Prospect Point Drive to Enrique and Beatriz Clausen, of Port Orange, for $251,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,981 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $177,000.
Central Park
Goldcrest Properties LLC, of Edgewater, sold 5953 Katona Drive to Zachary Florina, of Port Orange, for $199,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,661 square feet. It sold in July for $115,000.
Countryside
Garry and Linda White, of Port Orange, sold 902 Smokerise Blvd. to Mary Salvo, of Port Orange, for $234,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,946 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $199,900.
Leo McQuillen sold 1005 Belleflower Drive to Robert and Christine Goebel, of Ormond Beach, for $179,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,834 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $90,000.
Cypress Head
Nicholas and Laura Francioso, of New Smyna Beach, sold 1191 Sable Key Circle to Robert and Rebecca Hugler, of Port Orange, for $265,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,782 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $200,000.

Jack Smith, of Port Orange, sold 3893 Esplanade Ave. to Scott and Eva Chambers, of Port Orange, for $256,000. Built in 2007, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,241 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $289,200.

Frank and Linda Severino, of Daytona Beach, sold 908 Wingate Trail to Clifford Jaffray and Marie-France Dion, of Quebec, Canada, for $300,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,848 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $368,500.

Robert and Rebecca Hugler, of Port Orange, sold 34 Timber Trail to Brandon and Alicia Schramm, of Beaufort, South Carolina, for $193,000. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,470 square feet. It sold 2001 for $119,000.

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 6120 Sanctuary Garden Blvd. to Lisa Sotomayor, of Port Orange, for $330,000. Built in 1996, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,525 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $415,000.

Andrew and Nancy Salerno, of Port Orange, sold 104 Lazy Fox Lair to Jonathan Rezanik and Tracy Tucker-Rezanik, of Port Orange, for $176,900. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,487 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $145,000.
Bethany McClelland, of Port Orange, Kimberly Overcast, of Sanford, Rebekah Kinder, of Fairbanks, Alaska, and Jennifer Lane, individually and as trustee, sold 123 Dusk Meadow Trail to Margaret Kay and Brittany Dahl, of Port Orange, for $167,500. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,464 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $143,000.

David and Jill Moore sold 39 Spinnaker Court to Matthew Servido and Lori Humphries, of South Daytona, for $220,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,944 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $121,000.
James and Marie Starkey, of Tavares, sold 814 Reed Canal Road to Arnold Parent, of South Daytona, for $195,000. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,621 square feet. It sold in 1974 for $44,900.
Teresa Blumenstock; and Philip, Beth and Timothy Anthony of Jacksonville, sold 803 Sumac Court to Emanuel Washington, of South Daytona, for $166,500. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,700 square feet. It sold in 1985 for $67,000.
Christopher and Angeline Gibbs sold 1705 Biscayne Ave. to Richard and Robin Woodman, of South Daytona, for $164,500. Built in 1971, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,584 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $102,900.
Steven and Donna Callcchia, of Lincoln, Rhode Island, sold 2250 S. Palmetto Ave., Unit 110, to Bequest Assets LLC, of Daytona Beach, for $80,000. Built in 1973, the townhouse has two bedrooms, one bath, two half-baths and 1,386 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $90,000.
U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, sold 1750 S. Palmetto Ave., Unit 26, to US Real Estate LLC, of Ontario, Canada, for $44,000. Built in 1965, the condo has two bedrooms, one bath and 841 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $103,000.
