A house on John Anderson Drive was the top real estate sales transaction for Oct. 15-21 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Mark Kennedy and David Kelly, of Flagler Beach, sold 552 John Anderson Drive to Alireza Bozorgmanesh and Marcela Miranda, of Ormond Beach, for $1,595,000. Built in 2001, the house has six bedrooms, three baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool, boat dock and 7,209 square feet.
Ormond Beach
Joni Fulford, of Bunnell, sold 3045 W. State Road 40 to Alex and Rita Pierce, of Ormond Beach, for $365,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,542 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $210,000.
Nancy Alderman, of Ormond Beach, sold 67 Caladium Drive to Michael and Teresa Caldwell, of Ormond Beach, for $295,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,184 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $188,000.
Carl and Cheryl Leo, of Ormond Beach, sold 43 Sanchez Ave. to John Byrne and Barbara Warner, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,653 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $136,500.
MTGLQ Investors L.P., of Irving, Texas, sold 1336 Fairway Ave. to Bobbi Shreve, of Ormond Beach, for $139,900. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,113 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $165,000.
Robert and Geraldine Wenert, individually and as trustees, sold 702 Flamingo Drive, Unit B, to Guarionex Maysonet, of Bayamon, Puerto Rico, for $110,500. Built in 1947, the villa has two bedrooms, one bath and 675 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $59,900.
Wilmington Savings Fund Society, as trustee, sold 103 Hickory Hills Circle to Jesus and Selene Parra, of Port Orange, for $109,900. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,204 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $120,000.
Caroline Shannon, of Williamsville, New York, sold 1007 Calle Grande St. to Sunny Beach Group LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $95,750. Built in 1979, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,208 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $45,600.

Marian Pipes, individually and as trustee, sold 9 Noble Woods Way to David S. Riban and David M. Riban, of Ormond Beach, for $375,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 3,088 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $45,000.
Halifax Plantation
James and Valerie Pietszak, of Flagler Beach, sold 1471 Pecos Drive to Gary and Gail Gianfelice, of Ormond Beach, for $413,500. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,647 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $350,000.
Judith Jackson, of Suffolk, United Kingdom, sold 3100 Inishmore Drive to Dennis and Susan Ohlenkamp, of Yorkville, Illinois, for $260,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,089 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $219,150.

Ernestene Newsom, of Ormond Beach, sold 20 Laurel Ridge Break to Darlene Sinex, of Ormond Beach, for $255,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,416 square feet.
Plantation Bay
Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 1212 Castlehawk Lane to Raymond Barshay, of Ormond Beach, for $828,135. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,672 square feet.
Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 596 Aldenham Lane to Claude and Connie Frishette, of Ormond Beach, for $351,914. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,616 square feet.
William Vonlubbe Jr., of Ormond Beach, sold 576 Aldenham Lane to Robert Jack, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 2009, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,635 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $201,000.
Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 761 Aldenham Lane to Margret Wolfe, of Ormond Beach, for $224,000. Built in 2017, the villa has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,562 square feet.
Kurt, Scott, Russell and Eric Gies; and Gretchen McDowell, of Oakland, sold 1416 Sunningdale Lane to Jerrold and Rita Riggle, of Ormond Beach, for $210,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,629 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $157,715.

Dylan and Tanya Smith, of Ormond Beach, sold 23 Rio Pinar Trail to Darrin and Aimee Simmons, of Ormond Beach, for $298,000. Built in 1977, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,156 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $145,000.
Tomoka Oaks
Nicole Wichlei, of Ormond Beach, sold 315 Rio Pinar Drive to Jeffrey and Courtney Berman, of Ormond Beach, for $410,900. Built in 1987, the house has five bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 3,995 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $270,000.

Ralph and Maria Higbee, of Daytona Beach, sold 1239 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 2-E-5, to John McCarthy, of Ormond Beach, for $299,900. Built in 1984, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,699 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $143,000.

Warren Gilbert, of Boynton Beach, sold 13 Azalea Drive to Carmen Lacombe, of Ormond Beach, for $170,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 775 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $145,000.
M&R Property Group LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 20 Ocean Shore Drive to Jasmine Longworth, of Minneola, for $170,000. Built in 1954, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 756 square feet. It sold in 1976 for $20,500.
