A house in Highpoint Acres was the top real estate transaction for Oct. 22-28 in Port Orange and South Daytona. Chantal Riggins, of Port Orange, sold 821 Highpoint Drive to Julie and Zachary DeMuth, of Port Orange, for $355,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,162 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $275,000.

Carol and Stuart Simpson, of Port Orange, sold 1029 Amber Circle to Donna Stewart, of Port Orange, for $125,900. Built in 1986, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 949 square feet. It sold n 1986 for $59,900.
