A house in Plantation Bay was the top real estate sales transaction for Oct. 22-28 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Evelyn and Ryan Messiner, of Andover, Maryland, sold 1345 Dovercourt Lane to Angela and Daniel Hall, of Ormond Beach, for $548,000. Built in 2007, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,217 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $542,500.
Ormond Beach
Vanacore Construction Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 81 Chrysanthemum Drive to David Santos and Michelle Minerich, of Ormond Beach, for $273,500. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,099 square feet.
Scott Volpe sold 173 S. Tymber Creek Road to Xuan Stevens, of Ormond Beach, for $262,000. Built in 1988, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,505 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $325,000.
Luna and Jacob Associates LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 44 Charleston Square to Leslie Souza and Crystal Hatin, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,452 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $225,000.
Dale and Marie Cusack, of Dunnellon, sold 235 Ashford Court to James Fischer Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $204,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,683 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $75,000.
Richard Kantor, of Ormond Beach, sold 140 Cardinal Drive, Unit B, to Thomas and Janet Lontkowski, of Ocala, for $149,637. Built in 1947, the villa has two bedrooms, one bath and 675 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $105,000.
William and Susan Wintjen, of Ocala, sold 689 Wellington Station Blvd., Unit 51, to Maria Wagner, of Ormond Beach, for $110,000. Built in 1986, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,000 square feet. It sold in April for $88,000.
Michael Ferro, of Ormond Beach, sold 203 S. Orchard St. to William Ferro Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $90,000. Built in 1984, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,083 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $94,000.

CP and SP Residential Lots LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 353 Nottinghill St. to Michael and Gissela Caschetto, of Ormond Beach, for $430,141. Built in 2017, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,053 square feet.

Donna Bergamo, of Jacksonville, sold 1329 Asher Court to Norma Peel, of Ormond Beach, for $204,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $131,000.
William and Nancy Zuend, of Winter Haven, sold 3506 Middlemore Lane to P. Sharon Miller, of Ormond Beach, for $197,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,730 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $175,000.

Daniel and Robin Carr, of Greenup, Illinois, sold 577 Aldenham Lane to Scott and Jennifer Atwood, of Ormond Beach, for $330,000. Built in 2013, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,766 square feet. It sold in January for $320,000.
Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 763 Aldenham Lane to Oliver Evans and Ellen Jordan-Evans, of Ormond Beach, for $250,532. Built in 2017, the villa has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,078 square feet.
Judith and Charles Wolfrath, of Miller Place, New York, sold 1244 Kilkenny Court to Joe Rash, of Ormond Beach, for $212,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,510 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $199,000.
The Trails
John and Anita Love, of Ewa Beach, Hawaii, sold 23 Wildwood Trail to Daniel Dragone and Sandra Kauffman, of Ormond Beach, for $172,000. Built in 1983, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,551 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $129,500.
Amit Harushe, of Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, sold 132 Pinecone Trail to 101603 Holdings LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $124,000. Built in 1977, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,664 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $113,000.

Steven and Lori Cromer sold 75 N. St. Andrews Drive to William and Joanne Ratigan, of Buskirk, New York, for $277,900. Built in 1987, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,635 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $252,000.

John and Jean Gergely, of Setauket, New York, sold 33 Sea Gull Drive to David Bragg and Teresa Sanders, of Ormond Beach, for $415,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,703 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $282,000.
Hollan Pugh and Joseph Taylor, of Ormond Beach, sold 3400 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 6, to Harpreet and Jill Aurora, of Coral Springs, for $385,000. Built in 1997, the townhouse has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,821 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $322,800.

Teich Holdings Group LLC and RHOJO of Ormond LLC sold 26 Seabridge Drive to Ronald and Gail Still, of Ormond Beach, for $373,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 3,400 square feet. It sold in March for $175,000.
Carl Mercendetti and Valerie Maresh, of Rochester, New York, sold 3100 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 202, to Matej and Dawn Jaksa, of Murphy, North Carolina, for $176,500. Built in 1991, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 873 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $154,900.
Keith and Zully Simeral, of Danbury, Connecticut, sold 10 Lynnhurst Drive, Unit 116, to Sally Dock, of Ormond Beach, for $88,000. Built in 1974, the condo has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 930 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $137,500.
