Port Orange Christian Church takes on Thanksgiving

Port Orange Christian Church hosted a free community event on Thanksgiving, when members of the church brought in meals for a buffet-style brunch, including stuffing, turkey and loads of homemade pies.

Pastor Tom LaHue made an announcement after everybody had gotten food, that they were donating the rest of the food to the Palmetto House in Daytona Beach.

Port Orange Christian Church has services at 9, 10:15 and 11:10 a.m. Sundays.
