Clifford Johnson and Sandra Smith, of Port Orange, sold 2713 Spruce Creek Blvd. to Brent and Teresa Kesler, of Port Orange, for $1.5 million. Built in 1994, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, airplane hangar and 4,517 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $750,000.
