A house in Sanctuary on Spruce Creek was the top real estate transaction for Sept. 3-9 in Port Orange. Hugh and Janice Toles, individually and as trustees, sold 6080 Sanctuary Garden Blvd. to James and Cindy Strzalko, of Port Orange, for $385,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,505 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $299,900.

Michael and Janet Walsh, of Port Orange, sold 835 Clear Lake Drive to George and Terri Cravens, of West Palm Beach, for $229,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,039 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $212,000.
Golden Pond
John and Judith Walsh sold 520 Moon Rise Drive to Jorge and Amanda Gonzalez, of Port Orange, for $319,900. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,989 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $345,000.
Kingswood
Steve Reding sold 1076 York Way to Mary Swindle, of DeLand, for $205,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,649 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $219,000.
Riverwood Plantation
Richard Alfes, of Suwanee, Georgia, sold 6200 Morning Drive to Hunter and Emily Tolbert, of Port Orange, for $299,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,549 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $165,000.
Summer Trees
Dale and Sandy Woodruff, of Port Orange, sold 132 Crooked Tree Road to Cheryl Nix, of Port Orange, for $153,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,086 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $65,000.
Sun Lake Estates
Richard and Eileen Pukala, of Ocala, sold 515 Sun Lake Drive to Robert and Melissa York, of Port Orange, for $305,000. Built in 1992, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,007 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $131,800.
Springwood Square
Arthur Fiance, individually and as trustee, sold 51 Springwood Square to EMRO Properties LLC, of Port Orange, for $78,000. Built in 1981, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,242 square feet. It sold in 1983 for $52,000.
Villages of Royal Palm
William and Linda Buttach sold 1660 Areca Palm Drive to Marcella Schnabel, of Port Orange, for $183,000. Built in 2004, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,250 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $128,000.
