A house in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate sales transaction for Sept. 3-9 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Daniel Perkins, of Miami Beach, sold 2884 John Anderson Drive to Timothy and Jennifer Ward, of Orlando, for $715,000. Built in 1968, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, boat house, swimming pool and 2,448 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $640,000.
Ormond Beach
J&J Homes LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 59 Putnam Ave. to Vilia Butas, of Ormond Beach, for $337,500. There are two houses and a swimming pool on the lot. Built in 1951, one house has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,682 square feet. The other house was built in 2002 and has one bedroom, one bath and 912 square feet.
Dale and Nancy Fellows, of Willoughby, Ohio, sold 935 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 210, to P6 Properties LLC, of Dade City, for $247,500. Built in 1981, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,000 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $216,500.
Louise Voelker and William Henry, of Daniel Island, South Carolina, sold 110 Dawn Drive to Michael and Kerri McDonnell, of Houston, for $215,000. Built in 1959, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,604 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $75,000.
Samuel Butler III sold 195 Benjamin Drive to Kat Ventures CZ LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $162,000. Built in 1952, the house has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,250 square feet.
Breakaway Trails
Breakaway Trails Inc., of Daytona Beach, sold 73 Tomoka Ridge Way to Julian Saramago, of Ormond Beach, for $495,000. Built in 2016, the house has five bedrooms, three baths and 2,969 square feet.
Oak Forest
Myrtis Rimassa, of Pasadena, Texas, sold 1503 N. Beach St. to John Fowler Jr. and Julie Rose, of Ormond Beach, for $204,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,820 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $162,900.
Plantation Bay
Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 613 Aldenham Lane to Robin Coe, of Ormond Beach, for $345,115. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,498 square feet.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Barbara O’Neill, of Palm Coast; Richard Chapman, of Central Islip, New York; and Allen Chapman, of Ronkonkoma, New York; sold 44 Ocean Shore Drive to David and Kimberly Corso, of Orlando; for $178,000. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 784 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $60,000.
Lisa and Dennis Desmarais, of Ormond Beach, sold 2790 N. Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 1N, to Massimiliano Pomaro and Bonnie Williamson, of Ormond Beach, for $149,000. Built in 1968, the condo has one bedroom, one bath and 649 square feet. It sold in March for $135,000.
