The top seller for the week of August 31 to Sept. 6 was a condo in Hammock Dunes. Stephen McCune, of Ponte Vedra Beach, sold 85 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 603, to Marion and Carol Miller, of Round Rock, Texas, for $1,075,000. Built in 2006, the condo has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,690 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $916,500.

Peter and Susan Reinert, of Charlotte, North Carolina, sold 140 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 1702, to James Green and Gudron Brown, of Palm Coast, for $440,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,463 square feet.
David and Patricia Fletcher, of St. Augustine, sold 38 Captains Walk, Unit 38, to Raymond and Donna Lind, as trustees, for $350,000. Built in 1989, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,875 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $300,000.
Elizabeth Lennartson, individually and as trustee, sold 71 Village Circle, Unit 71, to Helena Skinner and Aurora Bernardino, of Weymouth, Massachusetts, for $175,000. Built in 1982, the condo has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,850 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $133,500.
