She put his phone down and the victim gathered it and the rest of his belongings in a red gym bag.
Before he could leave, the defendant told him she wanted his phone and began pulling on his pants, causing a rip in his right pocket. According to police, she then grabbed a pair of scissors and cut the strap of his gym bag and started jabbing the scissors at him in a stabbing motion.
The victim caught the altercation on video, which he later showed to police officers. Police report the video shows the pair struggling over the bag, and striking the victim twice in the face.

Battery. A 23-year-old man was arrested after throwing a hamburger at his uncle and pushing him in order to enter his residence.
The defendant was dropped off by a friend at his uncle's home after a night drinking out on the town. When he showed up, he had a hamburger in one hand. His uncle asked him where he had been all night, at which point the pair got into a verbal altercation during which the man threw the hamburger at his uncle's face.
His uncle told police his nephew was "exhibiting an odd behavior," as if he was on drugs and based on past events, feared he would become more aggressive. He and his roommate attempted to stop the man from entering their home because they knew there were tools and sharp objects inside, and the man began to push them out of the way.
The men were successful in keeping the defendant out of their residence, who then began to damage items on the residence's back patio. They told police they saw him through the kitchen window as the defendant picked up a fire pit and tossed it over, smashed a table and kicked other objects.
When police talked to the defendant's uncle, they noticed he had a ketchup stain on the left side of his collar. The defendant was arrested while he was walking down the street and transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail.
