A house in Chelsea Place was the top real estate sales transaction for Sept. 10-16 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. CP and SP Residential Land LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 433 Nottinghill St. to Randy Knight, of Ontario, Canada, for $501,106. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,750 square feet.
Ormond Beach
Charles and Susan Woodruff, individually and as trustees, sold 89 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 1601, to Milena Lambie, of Ocoee, for $285,000. Built in 1979, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $185,000.
Linda Kennedy, of Wake Forest, North Carolina, sold 9 Thomas St. to Donovan and Lorena Budde, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,184 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $65,000.
Shawn Melhorn and Brytne-Alexa Hogan, of Daytona Beach, sold 801 Arroyo Parkway to Danny and Debra Lauderbaugh, and Charlynn Evans, of Ormond Beach, for $145,000. Built in 1950, the house has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,096 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $116,500.
Breakaway Trails
Terry and Nancy Mularkey, of Fort Lauderdale, sold 12 Noble Woods Way to Louis and Dolores Gill, of Ormond Beach, for $340,000. Built in 1988, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,296 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $176,000.
Halifax Plantation
Bruce and Susan Macomber, of Ormond Beach, sold 1180 Athlone Way to Victor Digilio, of Ormond Beach, for $199,900. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,580 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $154,900.
Hunter’s Ridge
Jason and Christie Jeffries, of Ormond Beach, sold 37 Laurel Ridge Break to Christina Fuentes, of Ormond Beach, for $250,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,895 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $224,000.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Linda Larrabee, of Ormond Beach, sold 19 Maria St. to Michael and Vicki Williams, of Ormond Beach, for $168,503. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 887 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $53,000.
