The PACE Center for Girls Volusia-Flagler, a non-profit female delinquency prevention program, has named four Ormond Beach professional women to its board of directors.
Caryn Baker, Audrey Butler, Karen Ervin and Paria Ghyabi will work with the program's executive director and PACE, Inc. to continue to figure out the best ways to helps girls ranging from 12-18 years old who they identify as dependent, runaways, delinquents or in need of academic skills in school.
Baker is a member of the Ormond Beach Chamber of Commerce where she serves as the executive vice chair of community events. She also joins the board with over 20 years of experience in real estate sales and law, having been with Realty Pros Assured for the past nine years.
Butler is new to the Ormond Beach area. She recently moved from Iowa where she volunteered with organizations like Meals on Wheels and Girl Scouts. Ervin has over 28 years of banking experience and currently works as the senior vice president and operational risk director of Wholesale Banking and Payments at Fifth Third Bank.
Finally, Ghyabi is a recent graduate of Daytona Leadership and worked as a business initiative specialist at Ghyabi and Associates.
