A house with a lake view was the top real estate transaction for Sept. 17-23 in Port Orange. Susan Newkirk, of Holly Hill, sold 6623 Merryvale Lane to Mildred and William Riggio, of Port Orange, for $375,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,066 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $249,900.
Condominiums
Glen Davis, of Union City, New Jersey, sold 1895 Primrose Path, Unit 79, to Leo and Kitsa Galien, as trustees, for $155,000. Built in 1983, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,379 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $132,500.
Allandale
Dean Emmons, of Abbot, Maine, sold 5412 Landes Ave. to Forte Florida Rentals LLC, of Edgewater, for $43,000. Built in 1970, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, one bath and 684 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $30,000.
Bennetts Hammock
Lisa Gallagher sold 1142 Meditation Loop to Tara Frost, of Port Orange, for $159,500. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,085 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $69,900.
Brandy Hills
William and Kelly Hoff, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 1050 Tompkins Drive to Sean and Stefanie Irish, of Niagara Falls, Ontario, for $170,500. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 918 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $105,000.
