The top real estate sales transaction for Sept. 17-23 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea is in Chelsea Place. CP and SP Residential Land LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 376 Nottinghill St. to Larry and Rebecca Duke, of Ormond Beach, for $441,582. Built in 2017, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,090 square feet.
Ormond Beach
Todd and Brandy Hayes, of Ormond Beach, sold 2485 Arabian Trail to Scott and Jennifer Campbell, of Ormond Beach, for $375,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,890 square feet. A barn is included. It sold in 2005 for $450,000.
Vanacore Homes Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 108 Via Roma to Barbara DeAngelo, of Ormond Beach, for $324,361. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,058 square feet.
Roy Johnson, of Holly Hill, sold 1301 Wandering Oak Drive to Allen and Pamela Thomas, of Ormond Beach, for $252,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,608 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $181,500.
Brooke Tolland sold 144 Grey Dapple Way to Stephanie Sayag and Erik Hansen, of Ormond Beach, for $250,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,962 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $181,000.
Ernest Torok, of Apache Junction, Arizona, sold 935 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 3030, to Gregory and Jeanette Davis, of Lilburn, Georgia, for $175,000. Built in 1981, the condo has one bedroom, one bath and 924 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $205,000.
Ron Hanshaw, of Holly Hill, sold 752 Orchard Ave. to Timothy and Lisa Riddle, of Port Orange, for $168,000. Built in 1956, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 1,350 square feet. It sold in 1971 for $12,000.
David Holland, individually and as trustee, sold 10 Oak Ave. to Kathryn and Tomas Cabello Jr., of Adrian, Michigan, for $167,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,496 square feet. It sold in 1977 for $52,000.
Jeffrey Azad, of Ormond Beach, sold 791 Arroyo Parkway to Brian and Denise Moore, of Ormond Beach, for $132,000. Built in 1971, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,690 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $64,900.

Karen Henderson, of Ormond Beach, sold 1259 Gallaten Road to Gregg Gardner, of Ormond Beach, for $158,500. Built in 1959, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,278 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $143,000.

Thomas and Linda Caridad, of Stockertown, Pennsylvania, sold 29 Hunt Master Court to John Fisher, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,454 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $289,900.

Benjamin and Elizabeth Miller, of Ormond Beach, sold 1236 Harwick Lane to John and Elizabeth Damato, of Ormond Beach, for $303,600. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,056 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $232,700.

Robert and Marilyn Hunter, individually and as trustees, sold 1155 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 402, to Cathy Chenetski, of Dublin, Ohio, for $342,500. Built in 1971, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,065 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $109,500.
