The top seller for the week of Sept. 14-20 is a house in Hammock Beach. Clarence and Robin Lane, individually and as trustees, sold 68 Ocean Oaks Lane to Reinaldo and Wanda Ruiz, of Palm Coast, for $840,000. Built in 2014, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool and 4,064 square feet.
Condos
William and Alcy Whisenant, of Clover, South Carolina, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 713, to Joseph and Diane Jezior, of Palm Coast, for $465,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,818 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $1,114,000.
William Barnard, of Alachua, and Teresa Reid, of Gainesville, sold 500 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 421, to Jodi and Michael Wilson, of Oxford, Georgia, for $450,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $395,000.
Glenn Hediger, as representative, sold 42 Club House Drive, Unit 207, to Clarence and Rhenda Brodnax, of Palm Coast, for $100,000. Built in 1977, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 986 square feet. It sold in 1984 for $52,000.

William and Catherine Hunter, of Flagler Beach, sold 109 12th St. S. to Sharon Back, of Flagler Beach, for $295,000. Built in 1957, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,464 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $280,000.

William Overcash, of Woodstock, Georgia, sold 2 Sailfish Drive to Robert Ohlstein, of East Montpelier, Vermont, for $335,000. Built in 1997, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 2,592 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $240,000.
