A house in Spruce Creek Fly-In was the top real estate transaction for Sept. 24-30 in Port Orange. Denise Rosa, of Ormond Beach, sold 2649 Spruce Creek Blvd. to Robert and Mary Ticknor, of Adel, Iowa, for $867,500. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool, airplane hangar and 4,459 square feet.
Condominiums
Timothy and Penny Fondy sold 3606 S. Peninsula Drive to Tom and Theresa Wolfram, of Danbury, Connecticut, for $173,500. Built in 1974, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,229 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $252,000
Brandy Hills
Kathleen Burns, as trustee, sold 22 Tula Drive to Austin and Kimberly Burke, of Port Orange, for $145,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,620 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $105,000.
Cross Creek
Richard and Bonnie Norris, of Port Orange, sold 4615 S. Secret River Trail to Selima Taylor, of Port Orange, for $274,500. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,001 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $135,000.
Foxboro
Sean Morris, and Frank and Kathleen Blancato, of Port Orange, sold 5793 Devon St. to Dennis VanLanduyt, of Port Orange, for $207,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, two fireplaces and 1,875 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $88,317.
Linda Fisher, of Port Orange, sold 5622 Touro Drive to Jairo Arevalo and Mirna Rodriguez, of Holly Hill, for $108,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,642 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $92,500.

Jimmy and Timothy Holmes, of Port Orange, sold 66 Ravenwood Drive to Brian Rinehart, of Port Orange, for $152,000. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,216 square feet. It sold in 1976 for $36,900.
River Oaks
Jeffery and Barbara Barnett sold 6204 Oak River Terrace to Peter and Linda Vosbury, of Port Orange, for $289,950. Built in 1988, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,539 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $28,000.

Alfred and Deborah Mirando, of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, sold 6206 Ranier Circle to Joseph and Ashley Green, of Edgewater, for $269,900. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,974 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $195,000.

Melynda Johnson sold 6024 Sanctuary Garden Blvd. to Bradley and Kathy Parrish, of Flower Mound, Texas, for $396,425. Built in 1999, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,525 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $417,500.

Veronica Humbert sold 6003 Sawgrass Point Drive to Eugene and Karen Lange, of Port Orange, for $250,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,842 square feet.

Timeless FL LLC, of Orlando, sold 3656 Jackson St., Unit 8, to Robert Cedeno and Mary Inoa-Cedeno, of Port Orange, for $75,000. Built in 1984, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,164 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $64,900.

Paul Shavatt, of Bagram, Afghanistan, sold 1102 Monticello Lane, Unit 1, to Linda Fisher, of Port Orange, for $124,900. Built in 1984, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,097 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $65,200.

Gorden and Helen Cazella, of Riverview, sold 5979 Pelham Drive to Anthony and Robin Cowan, of Port Orange, for $250,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,884 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $128,500.
