An oceanfront house was the top real estate sales transaction for Sept. 24-30 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Nicole Linn and Russell Niedwick, of Basalt, Colorado, sold 657 Ocean Shore Blvd. for $1.5 million. Built in 1956, the house has three bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool and 3,681 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $450,000.
Ormond Beach
John and Judith Root sold 3232 Maverick Lane to Theresa Wahl, as trustee, for $1,275,000. Built in 1990, the house has 82 acres, three bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, barn and 6,635 square feet.
Sally and Hans Reelick, of Bethel, Connecticut, sold 901 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit PH9, to Donald Campion III, as trustee, for $950,000. Built in 1980, the condo has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 4,050 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $725,000.
Bobbie Brister, of Flagler Beach, sold 722 Lucerne Circle to Ronald Bell and Stephanie Salsman, of Ormond Beach, for $315,000. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,742 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $130,000.
Scott and Jennifer Campbell, of Ormond Beach, sold 6 Walnut Circle to Gregg and Linda Mushrush, of Ormond Beach, for 310,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,661 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $220,000.
Thomas and Vera DeBlasis, of Ormond Beach, sold 78 Grey Dapple Way to Albert and Irma Kueberth, of Ormond Beach, for $289,900. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,482 square feet.
Antonio and Virginia Guiab, of Ormond Beach, sold 114 Sandpiper Ridge Drive to Jeff and Lee Ann Tinker, of Ormond Beach, for $287,500. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,292 square feet. It sold in March for $262,000.
Carol Tonkin, of Fort Mill, South Carolina, sold 855 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 232, to Gary and Nancy Emmons, of Washington, New Jersey, for $269,000. Built in 1971, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,020 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $235,000.
Keith and Kristin Deaton, of Ormond Beach, sold 34 Greenvale Drive to Willard and Crystal Davis, of Ormond Beach, for $255,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,873 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $165,000.
Roxanne and Andrew Oldham, of Isle of Man, United Kingdom, sold 14 Pine Trail Circle to Bulent and Rayme Akbulut, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,723 square feet.
Donna Schuck, of Ormond Beach, sold 196 Arborvue Trail to Jeffery Raymond, of Ormond Beach, for $192,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,553 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $205,700.
Jessica Truszkowski, of Ormond Beach, sold 488 Hollywood St. to William Kincaid, of Frisco, Texas, for $184,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 962 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $155,000.
Chelsea Place
Charles and Candace Vicek, of Tallahassee, sold 461 Chelsea Place Ave. to Frank and Susan Hudak, of Ormond Beach, for $332,000. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,854 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $299,200.
CP and SP Residential Land LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 377 Nottinghill St. to Germaine Cupolo, of Ormond Beach, for $291,340. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,762 square feet.
Hunter’s Ridge
Fretwell Construction Co., of Daytona Beach, sold 60 Thornhill Chase Circle to Richard and Elizabeth Woodbury, of New Smyrna Beach, for $485,000. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,528 square feet.
American Home Place Inc., of Gainesville, Georgia, sold 101 Briargate Look to Joel and Gloria Rios, of Ormond Beach, for $315,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,208 square feet.
Frederick and Brittany Boehm, of St. Johns, sold 68 Levee Lane to Carson and Bethany Stewart, of Ormond Beach, for $244,000. Built in 2009, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,101 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $175,976.
Carrie Grote, of Suwanee, Georgia, sold 63 Levee Lane to Dan and Genevieve Backman, of Ormond Beach, for $232,000. Built in 2009, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,920 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $168,346.
Plantation Bay
Thomas and Angela Newslow, of Cleveland, Georgia, sold 1248 Hampstead Lane to Marlene and John Mattarazzo, of Ormond Beach, for $279,900. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,948 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $264,400.
Prestiwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 774 Aldenham Lane to Keith Melanson and Heather Racilig, of Ormond Beach, for $246,375. Built in 2017, the townhouse has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,078 square feet.
Douglas Carlson, individually and as trustee, sold 902 Woodstream Lane to Roger and Joyce Zuniga, of Ormond Beach, for $227,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,716 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $200,000.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Robert Korey, John Smith, Eamon Kealy and Brittany Franks, as trustees, sold 1240 John Anderson Drive to Anthony and Sarah Stevenson, as trustees, for $801,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat house, boat dock and 4,084 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $425,000.
Charles and Linda Holt, and Charles Holt, as trustees, sold 7 Ocean Drive to Lora Wylie, of Ontario, Canada, for $694,900. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,160 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $375,000.
David and Judith Chandler sold 1425 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 204, to FWMS Ormond LLC for $489,900. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,515 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $365,000.
Kimberly Greene-Graver and Alicia Roney, of Daytona Beach, sold 22 Alamanda Drive to Stephen and Marquette Rende, of Ormond Beach, for $184,900. Built in 1953, the house has one bedroom, one bath, a fireplace and 768 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $66,000.
