A house in Armand Beach was the top seller for the week of July 27 through Aug. 2 in Flagler County. Joseph and Laura Deforest, of Lawrence, Kansas, sold 23 Ocean Dune Circle to Michael Mikitarian, as trustee, for $945,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,894 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $800,000.
Condos
Merrick Properties LLC, of Miami, sold 300 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 232, to Joseph and Susan Lafrentz, of Palm Coast, for $322,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,682 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $572,200.
Donald and Teri Margason, of Indianapolis, sold 500 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 525, to Steven Berger, of Palm Coast, for $297,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,712 square feet.
Robert Cove and Catherine Wood, individually and as trustees, sold 300 Marina Bay Drive, Unit 303, to Collectors and Investors Inc., of Edgewater, for $295,000. Built in 2000, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,138 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $204,900.
Wanda Moening, individually and as trustee, sold 82 Veranda Way, Unit 91, to Elaine Franchi, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 2005, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,143 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $166,100.
