A house in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate sales transaction for Aug. 6-12 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Real Estate Solutions Home Sellers LLC sold 3214 John Anderson Drive to Eugene and Pamela O’Neill, of Orlando, for $699,700. Built in 1989, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, boat house, boat dock, swimming pool and 2,619 square feet.
Ormond Beach
Michael Flannery, of Ormond Beach, sold 881 Old Mill Run to Kathleen Lopez and Steven Pardue, of Ormond Beach, for $184,500. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,562 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $135,000.
Bela Zold, of Ormond Beach, sold 1748 Valencia Ave. to Sonia Flores, of Ormond Beach, for $130,000. Built in 1971, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,344 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $99,900.
Randall and Debra Campbell, of Johnson City, Tennessee, sold 7 Oriole Circle, Unit C, to Rachel Beadnell, of Ormond Beach, for $105,000. Built in 1947, the villa has one bedroom, one bath and 504 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $57,500.
Starr Properties LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 11 Arbor Lake to Michael Taylor, of Chicago, for $95,000. Built in 1985, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 931 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $54,900.
Housing and Urban Development, of Atlanta, sold 2016 Toni St. to Douglas Hammett Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $70,121. Built in 2000, the manufactured home has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,512 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $35,000.

Maria Williams, of Ormond Beach, sold 26 Lake Vista Way to Omar Adams, as trustee, for $350,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,431 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $250,000.
Marion Allen and Lois Bollenback, of Palm Coast, sold 9 Crescent Lake Way to Maria Williams, of Ormond Beach, for $313,750. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,852 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $240,000.
Chelsea Place
Nancy and Brett Messano, of Ormond Beach, sold 301 Chesham St. to Michael and Patricia Shumaker, of Ormond Beach, for $380,000. Built in 2007, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 3,349 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $301,000.
Halifax Plantation
Fred and Joanne Lamond sold 3448 Acoma Drive to James and Christine Thompson, of Ormond Beach, for $380,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,419 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $378,200.
Oak Forest
Paul and Paulette Marianetti, of Ormond Beach, sold 10 Heather Lane to Monica Brown and Vickie Ruhala, of Taylorville, Illinois, for $289,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,045 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $190,800.
Sharon Hoxie, of Sebastian, sold 30 Sycamore Circle to Kristen and Pamela Luchterhand, of Ormond Beach, for $240,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,728 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $275,000.
Ormond Lakes
Michael and Joy Fritts, of Ormond Beach, sold 19 Lakebluff Drive to Daniel and Laura Robinson, of Hedgesville, West Virginia, for $454,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, three fireplaces, a swimming pool and 3,490 square feet.
William Johnston, individually and as trustee, sold 18 Flowertree Drive to Gary and Margaret Wade, of Ormond Beach, for $270,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,058 square feet.
Plantation Bay
Fred Brandt, of Hiram, Georgia, sold 1225 Crown Pointe Lane to Chad Bleuel and Denise de Vito, of Ormond Beach, for $254,000. Built in 2005, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,172 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $305,785.
Plantation Pines
Karen and Andrew Strenecky sold 3768 Pine Cone Lane to Craig and Sandrine Robertson, of Ormond Beach, for $275,900. Built in 1993, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,144 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $150,000.

Ben Hall III, of Indian Harbour Beach, sold 46 River Ridge Trail to Paul and Nancy DeLuca, as trustees, for $263,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,428 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $205,000.
Jan Buenner and Laura Duran, of Port Orange, sold 25 Cherokee Trail to Tracy and Jan Taylor, of Ormond Beach, for $216,000. Built in 1982, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,056 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $110,000.
Jessie McCloud, of Ormond Beach, sold 3 Appaloosa Trail to Janet Constant, of Ormond Beach, for $150,000. Built in 1983, the townhome has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,464 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $120,000.
Tomoka Estates
Shelia Scherer, of Ormond Beach, sold 1146 Roberts St. to Jeffery Eberflus, of Ormond Beach, for $150,500. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,181 square feet.
Tomoka Oaks
Craig and Sandrine Robertson, of Ormond Beach, sold 47 N. St. Andrews Drive to Nathaniel and Lindsay Goddard, of Ormond Beach, for $238,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,730 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $155,200.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Anita Curtis, of Ormond Beach, sold 20 W. Sovereign Lane to Frederick Eastwood and Mary Petteway, of Orlando, for $345,000. Built in 1974, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1985 for $117,000.
Louis and Wendy Gasparri, of St. Augustine, sold 915 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 7020, to Larry Worman, of Ormond Beach, for $278,000. Built in 1972, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,175 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $230,000.
Christine Thiel, of Farmington Hills, Michigan, sold 54 Seacrest Drive to Charles Mitchell, of Ormond Beach, for $170,000. Built in 1962, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 768 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $147,500.
