A house on Nova Road was the top real estate transaction for Aug. 6-12 in Port Orange. Maria Brown, of Plattsburg, New York, sold 5496 S. Nova Road to Sandra Zaiser and Jessica Wilken, of Port Orange, for $340,000. Built in 1992, the house has seven bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool and 3,486 square feet.
Allandale
Crystal Keiser, individually and as trustee, sold 5266 Orange Ave. to Cynthia Kentile, of Port Orange, for $33,000. Built in 1973, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, one bath and 672 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $29,000.
Crystal Keiser, individually and as trustee, sold 5259 Orange Ave. to Wade LaClair, of Port Orange, for $25,000. Built in 1962, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, one bath and 420 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $24,300.
