Flagler County Chamber of Commerce cancels events ahead of Hurricane Irma

In prepration for the storm, the Chamber will be closed on Friday, Sept. 8, and Monday, Sept. 11.

In preparation for the arrival of Hurricane Irma, the Flagler County Chamber of Commerce canceled most of its events and programs scheduled between Sept. 11-15, according to a release. The Chamber will be closed on Friday, Sept. 8, and Monday, Sept. 11.

The following events have either been canceled or moved to a later date:

9/08  Flagler Playhouse Ribbon cutting

9/12 Joint Business Issues and Economic Alliance Council meeting

9/12 Dolly Parton Imagination Library breakfast

9/13 Youth Leadership Flagler Session 1 — will be rescheduled to later date

9/14 Flagler Volusia Public Leadership Institute Kick off reception — tentative

9/14 Flagler Volusia Public Leadership Institute Session 1 — tentative

9/14 Business After Hours cancelled

9/15 Diplomats Meeting — tentative

9/15 Flagler Volusia Public Leadership Institute Session 2 —  tentative
