The top real estate transaction for the week of August 3-9 was a condominium in Hammock Dunes. Alfred and Lynn Gagliardi, of West Chester, Pennsylvania, sold 28 Porto Mar, Unit 401, to Robert and Mary English, as trustees, for $1.4 million. Built in 2007, the condo has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 4,283 square feet.

Peter and Adria Dorsher, of Jacksonville, sold 19 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 305, to B&J Kaplan PC LLC, of Ocala, for $650,000. Built in 2005, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,340 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $810,000.
Margaret Wolfe, of Palm Coast, sold 65 Riverview Bend S. to Elmar and Brenda Locker, of Palm Coast, for $180,000. Built in 2007, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,283 square feet.
Elizabeth Desteno, of Palm Coast, sold 7 Marina Point Place, Unit 7, to Elsbeth Catalano, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 1990, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,585 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $135,000.
