A house in the Village of Pine Run was the top real estate sales transaction for Aug. 13-19 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Andrew and Michelle Fant, of DeLand, sold 16 Village Drive to Barbara Izzarelli, of Ormond Beach, for $480,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,704 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $163,000.
Ormond Beach
Phill Hiltbrunner and Kathryn Kaney, of Glennville, Georgia, sold 484 Druid Circle to Ronald and Jennifer Shultz, of Ormond Beach, for $347,900. Built in 1960, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,432 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $80,000.
Alan and Nancy Twible, of Edgewater, sold 46 Hollow Branch Crossing to Jeffery Miller, of Ormond Beach, for $263,000. Built in 1982, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,925 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $187,000.
Thomas and Catherine Harney, of Ireland, sold 915 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 506, to Jeffery Small, of DeLand, for $225,000. Built in 1972, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,175 square feet.
Donna Zill, of New York City, sold 519 Lake Bridge Drive to Robert Tate, of Johnston, Rhode Island, for $160,000. Built in 1998, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,502 square feet. It sold in2009 for $125,000.
Ranjana Deshmukh, of Tavares, sold 16 Pine Trail to Katlyn, Janice and Michael Felisko, of Ormond Beach, for $133,500. Built in 1976, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,320 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $74,000.
Lucyann Evans sold 2 Oakwood Park to Linda Rex, of Ormond Beach, for $121,900. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,361 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $58,000.
Denise Kreimeier, of Longwood, sold 4 Glen Arbor Park to Paul Tomich, of Ormond Beach, for $100,500. Built in 1981, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,280 square feet. It sold in 1981 for $51,900.

Michael and Steven Provost sold 40 Timberlake Lane to John and Lisa Blevins, of Ormond Beach, for $280,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,729 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $148,000.
Hunter’s Ridge
Bank of America N.A., of Chandler, Arizona, sold 1 Beagles Rest to Joseph Jordan and Toni Hall, of Bridgeport, West Virginia, for $275,600. Built in 1996, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,147 square feet.
Regions Bank, of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, sold 121 Forest Quest to David and Michele Ellis, of Ormond Beach, for $241,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,889 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $330,000.

Ronald and Susan Morrison, of Ormond Beach, sold 1517 N. Beach St. to Becky Meadows, of Ormond Beach, for $250,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 1,959 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $120,000.

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 782 Aldenham Lane to Patricia and Charles Baisley, of Ormond Beach, for $242,525. Built in 2017, the townhouse has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,078 square feet.

Mark and Valerie Chirico, of Ormond Beach, sold 33 Sand Dollar Drive to James and Charlotte Chiddister, of Ormond Beach, for $315,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,693 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $229,000.
Reinvent Buildings LLC, of Fort Lauderdale, sold 35 Seacrest Drive to Keith Pariani and Allison Peterson, of DeLand, for $240,000. Built in 1961, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 768 square feet. It sold in March for $150,500.
Underwood Residential LLC sold 20 Palm Drive to Jeanne Fleigle, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, one bath, a swimming pool and 775 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $60,000.
Michael Doyle, individually and as trustee, sold 1926 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 2040, to Charles Conley and Deborah Kerr-Conley, of Sanford, for $184,000. Built in 1974, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,165 square feet.
John and Helene Belsha, of Hudson, sold 1510 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 410, to G.W. Moore, as trustee, for $102,000. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,140 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $68,000.
